Absolutely loved my New Year stay at this hotel! The half board option was a great deal as it included delicious meals that were served with utmost care. The staff members, from the reception to the restaurant and room service, were incredibly helpful and made our celebration truly special. we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious suite, adding an extra touch of luxury to our experience. The attention to detail and excellent service made our stay unforgettable.

While the overall experience at the hotel was fantastic, there were a few minor inconveniences. there were some issues with the water temperature, as the hot water was boiling and the cold water was not available for showers.

I also liked the location of the hotel, as there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

the receptionist and housekeeper were very attentive to my needs, and I believe they might be Bengalis. It would also be great if they could change the menu to include coffee for those who don't like tea. the room itself was nice, although there was some noise from kids playing in the middle of the night. the receptionist handled the issue promptly and efficiently, earning them five stars in my book. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 👍.
